Making a booking

To make a booking, please tell us the following details by e-mail at okolo.bikes@gmail.com or by phone :

• your full name, mobile phone
  

• number of bicycles required

• approximate height of the persons who will ride the bikes or bike sizes requested (heights in cm or small/medium/large bike sizes)
  

• Rental start/end date and time (approximate time is sufficient)
  

• if you  require additional accessories which need preparation in advance: pannier bags, SPD pedals for example.
  No need to book helmets, locks, bike lights, etc,., there is always enough of those basic items
  

Group rentals

We have always plenty of bicycles available for rent and are able to accomodate even very large groups.

We normaly do not charge any advance deposit when making a booking. Only when your booking requires some assistance prior to your arrival or delivery of bikes we may ask for advance deposit by paypal, or payment to our bank account.

 

Delivery:

Should you wish to have your bikes delivered to and/or collected from your hotel or any other place of your choice, please contact us in advance. Additional charge applies according to our tarif

Returns or pick-ups outside our opening hours:

You can arrange with us to return or pick-up your bike outside our opening hours. Please contact us first to see if this will be possible for a particular day and time.
